Processing may be delayed during the holiday season. Sale Events may cause delays as well. A tracking number will be supplied to confirmed addresses only. If an address cannot be confirmed the transaction will be cancelled. Please purchase in advance to endure that you will receive your items in a timely manner.
All orders are FINAL. NO REFUNDS....Exchanges or Store Credit only will be given on UNWORN clothing. Exchanges or Store Credit will be given only if order presents a problem, (ie damaged goods or incorrect size.) We must be contacted within 5 business days from receipt of order, considered Monday-Friday, in order to rectify any issues. Please email email@example.com. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping on all eligible exchanges. Please provide tracking number when an exchange occurs. All exchanges/store credits will be processed within 5 days of receipt.
